Madeline Ella Phipps Polk, affectionately known as "Maddy (with a y)," was born on January 22, 1992, in Mayfield, Kentucky, to Melody Prince and Kevin Jones. She departed this life leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Madeline was a vibrant spirit who embraced life with enthusiasm and determination. She fulfilled many of her dreams, including traveling to New York and appearing on television. She had a passion for playing the lottery and found joy in both the excitement and the possibility it brought. With a generous and loving heart, Madeline took pride in being able to bless her fiancé and mother with brand new trucks-an accomplishment that meant the world to her. She also pursued her desire for higher education by attending Murray State University for two years.

Known for her warm personality and genuine kindness, Madeline never met a stranger. She could hold a conversation with anyone, anytime, about anything. Her presence was magnetic-full of laughter, humor, and compassion. She loved playing cards, listening to music, and expressing herself through singing and rapping. A creative soul, Madeline wrote poems and song lyrics, often using her words to uplift and entertain those around her. She had a remarkable ability to find light in any situation and was truly known for her good spirit and loving heart.

Madeline was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Phipps; her grandmothers, Shirley Phipps and Cladette Miller; and special bonus family members, Howard Puckett and Forest House, along with other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and loved ones.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her beloved children, Keagan Alexander Dale Riley and Jayden Faye Phipps; her devoted fiancé, James Polk; her stepchildren, Vada, Jamie, Damon, and Kelsey Gray; her brothers, Ross Puckett, Xae Shelton, Big K Noonan, Jarod "Baldhead" Noonan, Zach, and Tavis; her stepbrother, Cody Prince; her sisters, Tori Haynes, Laken Shelton, Sydney Jones, and Tayor; her nephew, Kylar Puckett; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and dear friends.

Madeline's life was a testament to joy, resilience, and unconditional love. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
