Mr. Cunningham was born Thursday, January 27, 1944, in Paducah, Kentucky, son of Thelma (Sanders) Cunningham. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Mrs. Donna (Burnell) Cunningham of Mayfield, Kentucky.
Mr. Cunningham proudly served our country in the US Army.
